So lets be honest, if you’re here reading this you have probably tried various workout routines to try and get bigger arms and it probably hasn’t had much effect, if any.   Well you are not alone.   I have been experimenting with upper arm exercises since the beginning of high school, and I have found few that really work.   I was that skinny kid who wanted big arms.   I mean hell the football team has ‘em, why can’t I?   Some people told me massive biceps weren’t in my future, but I kept on fighting and fighting and soon I had gone through and found enough of the “right stuff” to start getting respectable arms.   Arms that would attract girls.   Arms that would show people I’m badass :D .   At the very least it helped me build more self confidence which helped in EVERY part of my life.   Being fit means you’re happy, and happiness naturally attracts good things to you.  So arms are incredibly important to me ;)
