I am what you might call a “work out junkie”, but not in the normal “gym rat” sense of the word. I love exploring and testing new theories and techniques on body building, toning, fat loss, dieting, etc and this has led me to start putting my “research” (lol) online for others to see. When I started getting into health and fitness back in elementary school, I could never find anyone who was really out there testing everything. Everything was a gamble, you never really knew what you were getting into because lets face it, most people who buy Guides on Fitness and Muscle Building don’t tell you about their results

However, I LOVE this stuff
. I am not Arnold Schwarzenegger by any stretch, but if there is a book or guide on muscle building out there, I have most likely bought it. It didn’t take me long to realize that I am not the only one trying to build bigger arms, or get flatter stomachs, or run a faster mile. I knew I couldn’t be the ONLY one who grew up with skinny arms and legs and dreaming of wanting to punch through a brick wall. Ok maybe that was just me but you get my point
. Which is this, I am constantly testing and critiquing muscle building books and guides so you don’t have to. In fact, you might have stumbled on one of my other sites around the web.
I only promise two things. 1) You will never find a more honest review and 2) I only recommend the BEST guides. You WILL get results if you follow my advice. I know I did
