Hopefully you know by now if you have read through my site I LOVE to find and test new workout routines, guides, tricks etc.   I started back in highschool and I’ve been doing it ever since.   Although I am certainly no Arnold Schwarzenegger  my arms are no longer tiny nor weak.   I’ve worked as a personal trainer and highschool conditioning coach, and you will be hard pressed to find a body building or workout training I have NOT read or tried.   You may have even stumbled across one of my sites else where on the net.   I love discovering new techniques and I also love sharing them with you.   I actually started doing this after getting fed up with the lack of proper product reviews out there.  But anyway….

You have most likely stumbled up my site because you were looking for ways to either tone your arms or bulk them up with some kickass bicep routines!  Well you’ve come to the right place because I LOVE working on my arms :D .   After doing this for so long I get countless products sent my way to review.  Books, guides, videos, formulas, etc.  Most I read through and know instantly theyre bs.  Others I will try and realize that yes there is some potential here but it needs serious modification.  A golden few however, still manage to blow me away.

Now, you should be warned there is nothing groundbreaking here.   All these techniques I’m sure you have heard of before, so don’t expect to be blown away with originality.   However, after looking over everything I can honestly tell you this will work.  You WILL see results if you follow his steps, whether you are a guy wanting to add 2 inches or muscle fast or a woman wanting to tone up her arms.   I’ve seen ALL this work before.   This literally cuts out months of mistakes you are most likely going to make without proper instruction.

Step 1:  Mentally prepare yourself.   There is a SPECTACULAR difference between doing 25 GOOD pushups vs 100 BAD pushups.   You may think you’re cool and strong by being able to do 60, 80 or even 100+ pushups, but I guarantee you if your are really looking for upper arm exercises that are going to kick you into shape, mental preperation is key.   Speed, body positioning, and the ability to drive yourself past your normal comfort zone are the only way you are going to get toned, muscular arms.  Before you start tell yourself exactly how many pushups you are going to do OUT LOUD

 

Step 2:  Do 25 standard pushups with fingers facing forward and hands directly under your shoulders (shoulder width apart).   When you go down go all the way to the ground so your chest touches.   Count out loud

 

Step 3:  Turn your fingers 90 degrees out (so your fingers are facing away from your body).  Do 15 pushups shoulder width apart.  Chest should touch

 

Step 4:  Turn your fingers 180 degrees in (aka your fingers should be pointing towards each other under your chest.  Do 15 pushups.  Shoulder width apart.  Chest should touch.

 

Step 5:   Repeat 3 times (or for 3 reps)

 

Thats it :) .   Shouldnt take you more then 15 minutes a day to do it, and if you do these pushups every morning when you get up you WILL see noticeable results.   Make sure to continue upping your total number of pushups in order to keep “stressing” the muscle.

So lets be honest, if you’re here reading this you have probably tried various workout routines to try and get bigger arms and it probably hasn’t had much effect, if any.   Well you are not alone.   I have been experimenting with upper arm exercises since the beginning of high school, and I have found few that really work.   I was that skinny kid who wanted big arms.   I mean hell the football team has ‘em, why can’t I?   Some people told me massive biceps weren’t in my future, but I kept on fighting and fighting and soon I had gone through and found enough of the “right stuff” to start getting respectable arms.   Arms that would attract girls.   Arms that would show people I’m badass :D .   At the very least it helped me build more self confidence which helped in EVERY part of my life.   Being fit means you’re happy, and happiness naturally attracts good things to you.  So arms are incredibly important to me ;)
